About Us
White Horse Park has been run as a family operated caravan site by the Addison family since the 1970s. The site sits at the the heart of King’s Meaburn, a small village in a hidden corner of the Eden Valley between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
An accessible hideaway, the park allows their guests the opportunity to relax in homely surroundings following a hard day on the fells, or the pub, as permitted by the Cumbrian weather. It is ideally situated with easy access to the nearby upper Lune and Eden valleys. The barns also boast excellent views as far as Blencathra and High Street in the Northern Lakes and the magnificent Howgill Fells to the south.
As well as exploring these nearby landmarks, you can also walk, run and cycle straight from the doorstep. We would be happy to advise you of the local nooks and crannies which are available to you during your stay.
